**Mehmet Apart Suite 3** is located in the world-famous Patara region. Our suite has 3 bedrooms with a capacity of 6 people. Situated just 1 km from the world-famous Patara Beach, our suite features jacuzzis in 2 rooms, an indoor heated or cooled pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a fireplace, and a large garden, making it ideal for 2 or 3 honeymooning families. It is decorated using a blend of modern and authentic touches. The two suite bedrooms have jacuzzis and are tastefully furnished with sea views from the bedrooms. Patara center is only 200 meters walking distance away. It is an ideal choice for conservative families and couples. This suite with a jacuzzi is an ideal choice for honeymoon couples looking for a romantic and enjoyable holiday.

**Spa:** In the indoor pool area, there is a cedar wood sauna and a Turkish bath next to it, as well as a WC and shower for general use.

**Note:** To reach the ideal temperature of the pool, guests who want to use the heated pool should inform us 3 days before their holiday. The pool temperature is between 26-28 degrees Celsius.

The adjacent design ensures the pool and common areas are not visible from the side.

In our garden, there are swings, a seesaw, darts, table tennis, a love swing, and a parking area in the inner garden for children. 

An extra damage deposit of 69 £ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 10 £ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.

Due to high demand, there may be instances of electricity and water cuts, voltage drops, or infrastructure works in all regions where our villas are located. Due to the region's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
