Villa Nord 1, located in the Üzümlü area of Kalkan, is a private rental villa with a jacuzzi, 2 bedrooms, and a capacity for 4 people, distinguished by its nature-immersed, conservative concept. Note: The last 300-400 meters of the road leading to the villa is a dirt road and is not suitable for low or sports vehicles.

An extra damage deposit of 82 € is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.

Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
