Especially for stays of 5 nights or more until May 31st, heating costs are included in the price, while for stays of fewer than 5 nights (3 or 4 nights), a fixed heating fee of 3750 TL applies.

An extra damage deposit of 3.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 3.750 ₺ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.
