If there is no item you need, you can contact our customer representative. Kitchenware, small household appliances, sheets, towels, etc. are available in your rental villa.
When you come on holiday, it is enough to bring your personal belongings and holiday items with you. There are sheets, towels, etc. in our homes, but you must bring beach towels, swimsuits, etc. with you.
Some of the rental villas are allowed holidays with pets. You can contact our customer representative to spend a holiday with your pet in one of these villas. Our customer representative will help you with villa options where you can stay with your pet.
Our teammate or host, with whom your holiday will be combined, will help you settle into your villa. At the end of your holiday, our teammate or host bids you farewell. You can enter your villa at 16:00 and leave your villa at 10:00. You can contact our customer representative in case you have to make another entry/exit.
Maintenance and cleaning of the pool and garden are done daily in the morning or evening. If you are staying in conservative/sheltered villas, garden and pool maintenance is done at the specified hours.
You will enter our villas having been cleaned. If you require extra cleaning at certain intervals, you can contact our customer representative. Please note that you have to pay extra for extra cleaning.
When choosing a rental villa, it is recommended that you make your reservation by taking into account the person capacity of the villa you rent. There is no such thing as exceeding the capacity of the number of people in rental villas. Please note that we have the right to cancel your reservation if such a situation is detected.
Internet, electricity, water and bottled gas fees you will use in the villa, as well as garden maintenance and daily pool maintenance are included in the amount you pay.
At the end of your holiday in your rental villa, the host or our team members will be there when you check out of the villa. The deposit amount will be refunded to you when you check out of your rental villa or at the end of 2 business days at the latest. The condition of the house will be checked by the owner or our team member beforehand and if there is no damage to the fixtures or the house, your deposit amount will not be refunded to you.
What we want is for you to have a great time during your holiday in your rental villa. It is your right to live your paid-for villa holiday as you wish. It is your natural right to benefit from every facility in the villa and spend as much time as you wish in the garden and pool of your villa. If there is an item in your rental villa that is said to be safe but is broken/unusable, it is your right to request that this item be repaired.
You can benefit from all the facilities of the rental villa you are staying in. You must return the villa, its pool, garden and all the items inside to us in the same condition you received it. In cases where this happens, you will be asked to cover the damage. It is your responsibility to return the villa you rented in the same condition as you received it.
In case of any problem, it is your responsibility to contact our customer representative and inform us of any issues you need to report.
It is strictly forbidden to have weapons or drugs in your rental villa. It is your responsibility not to keep it.
Everything that is prohibited by law is also prohibited while staying in the villa. It is your responsibility to comply with the law. Our company is not responsible for any problems you may experience because you do not comply with the law.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide when making a contract is correct or not. Our company is not responsible for any problems that may arise from incomplete or incorrect information you provide.
