The villas feature a triplex layout with bathrooms on each floor, providing convenience and comfort for guests. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant indoor environment during the summer months.

Each villa includes a private swimming pool, spacious veranda, terrace, and balcony areas where guests can enjoy beautiful nature and bay views throughout the day. With approximately 150 m² of living space, these villas are ideal for large families and groups of friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable stay with the convenience of home. Surrounded by nature and scenic views, La Fethiye Villas offer a peaceful and memorable holiday experience.

Note: The swimming pool is closed in November and December as there is no pool heating system.

An extra damage deposit of 4.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
