TERMS OF USE AND MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT FOR THE WEBSITE

The services of heryerdevilla, the information of heryerdevilla, and the copyrighted works of the seller are subject to heryerdevilla's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to all kinds of tangible and intellectual property rights, the same and personal rights, and all rights regarding commercial information, including trademarks. ASSIGNMENT OF THE AGREEMENT
Heryerdevilla can transfer this agreement in whole or in part without notice at any time. However, USERS and MEMBERS cannot transfer this agreement or any part of it to another party. Any attempt to transfer such is invalid.
FORCE MAJEURE
In all cases considered as force majeure under the law, heryerdevilla is not obliged to fulfill this agreement late or not to fulfill it. In such cases, heryerdevilla is not considered to be in default or liable for any damages arising from delay or non-performance.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Disputes arising from this "Internet Site Terms of Use and Membership Agreement" are subject to Turkish Law, and the competent court is the Courts and Execution Offices of Mugla. Heryerdevilla reserves the right to file a lawsuit in the country where the USER and MEMBER are located.
EFFECTIVENESS AND ACCEPTANCE
This "Internet Site Terms of Use and Membership Agreement" becomes effective on the date announced on the SITE by heryerdevilla. USERS and MEMBERS are deemed to have accepted the provisions of this agreement by using the SITE. Heryerdevilla may change the provisions of this agreement at any time, and the changes will be published on the SITE with the version number and change date specified, and will come into effect on the same date.
