Villa Aura B is a private holiday villa with breathtaking nature and sea views, located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan. With 3 bedrooms, it accommodates up to 6 guests, making it an ideal choice for families and groups of friends. For larger groups, it can be rented together with its sister villa, Villa Aura A, increasing the total capacity to 12 guests. Conveniently located, the villa provides easy access to local amenities, with markets and grocery stores within walking distance.

Featuring a spacious garden and pool terrace, Villa Aura B offers a comfortable seating area, sun loungers, a parasol, and a swing. The stunning sea views allow guests to enjoy Kalkan’s mesmerizing landscape throughout the day. Additionally, a private parking area is available for guests’ convenience. An extra damage deposit of 121 € is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is no heated pool in this villa.

However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
