Villa Kutay is our modern villa located in the Patara region of Kalkan. It is a villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 people. Our villa, immersed in nature, will provide our special customers with a quiet, serene, and peaceful environment, allowing you to enjoy pleasant moments throughout your holiday and the opportunity to relax and unwind. With the modern kitchen, complete amenities, and comfortable furnishings of our villa, you can feel at home and experience a comfortable holiday.

Additionally, in our villa, you will have the opportunity to relax your body and soul while enjoying a pleasant holiday with the jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and heated indoor pool. The private design of our villa's swimming pool is particularly beneficial for the satisfaction of our honeymoon couples and conservative families.

Every detail has been carefully designed for your family and honeymoon couples, and we eagerly await our valued guests at our villa.

An extra damage deposit of 57 £ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 10 £ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.

This note is not specific to this villa but applies to all properties that are active during the winter season. We do not guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with enclosed pools. There is always a 10% margin of discretion in these villas. Due to high demand, there may be instances of electricity and water cuts, voltage drops, or infrastructure works in all regions where our villas are located. Due to the region's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
