Villa Kutay is our modern villa located in the Patara region of Kalkan. It is a villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 people. Our villa, immersed in nature, will provide our special customers with a quiet, serene, and peaceful environment, allowing you to enjoy pleasant moments throughout your holiday and the opportunity to relax and unwind. With the modern kitchen, complete amenities, and comfortable furnishings of our villa, you can feel at home and experience a comfortable holiday.

Additionally, in our villa, you will have the opportunity to relax your body and soul while enjoying a pleasant holiday with the jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and heated indoor pool. The private design of our villa's swimming pool is particularly beneficial for the satisfaction of our honeymoon couples and conservative families.

Every detail has been carefully designed for your family and honeymoon couples, and we eagerly await our valued guests at our villa.

An extra damage deposit of 3.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 1.000 ₺ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.
