Our private villa, located in Üzümlü area of ​​Kalkan, offers a holiday experience with 2 bedrooms, a capacity of 4 people and a jacuzzi. This villa, which is especially preferred by honeymooners and nuclear families, welcomes you, our valued guests, by offering a peaceful atmosphere intertwined with nature. Villa Öznur has been carefully designed for our guests who want to feel special with its private heated indoor pool with jacuzzi. The bedrooms are luxuriously designed with the comfort of the guests in mind. The indoor pool is located in the living room of the villa and the pool terrace is designed in a sheltered manner and is not visible from the outside.

NOTE: Breakfast will be provided once for honeymoon couples who come to our villa between 1 June and 30 September.

An extra damage deposit of 3.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 600 ₺ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.

General Note: All of our villas located within nature are regularly cleaned and treated for insects and pests. Please note that villas located within nature may have a higher possibility of encountering insects compared to villas located in central areas. This note applies to all properties located within nature, not just this specific villa. Outside of the summer months, new villa constructions may take place in the vicinity, leading to potential noise disturbances. This note is not specific to this villa but applies to all properties that are active during the winter season. We do not guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with enclosed pools. There is always a 10% margin of discretion in these villas. Due to high demand, there may be instances of electricity and water cuts, voltage drops, or infrastructure works in all regions where our villas are located. Due to the region's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
