Our modern villa located in Kördere, the popular town of Kalkan, offers an unforgettable holiday experience. Our villa, which provides comfortable accommodation with its 2 bedrooms and accommodation capacity for 4 people, will be full of comfort and peaceful moments with its thoughtful luxury decoration and modern design.

Our villa's modern kitchen, complete appliances and comfortable items will make you feel at home during your holiday. Offering a private relaxation corner with its jacuzzi, the sheltered swimming pool of our villa offers an ideal option especially for honeymoon couples and conservative families.

Note: Our villa is located on the ground floor of a two-storey building. On the upper floor is Villa Spring 1. The pools, gardens and entrances of both villas are completely independent from each other. If the schedules of our villas are available, you have the opportunity to rent both villas at the same time.

Note: The last 100 meters of the road to our villa is a stabilized dirt road.

An extra damage deposit of 113 $ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is no heated pool in this villa.

Please note that villas located within nature may have a higher possibility of encountering insects compared to villas located in central areas. Outside of the summer months, new villa constructions may take place in the vicinity, leading to potential noise disturbances. This note is not specific to this villa but applies to all properties that are active during the winter season. We do not guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with enclosed pools. There is always a 10% margin of discretion in these villas. Due to high demand, there may be instances of electricity and water cuts, voltage drops, or infrastructure works in all regions where our villas are located. Due to the region's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
