Located in the beautiful Ovacik area of Fethiye, Villa Sude Naz is a newly built luxury villa designed for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. With features such as a Turkish bath, sauna, and indoor pool, it offers guests the perfect retreat in every season.

The villa’s lush green garden includes a private swimming pool, swing, and barbecue area, creating a peaceful holiday atmosphere for families and groups. With 4 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 8 guests, it is a great choice for large families as well.

Important Notes:

• Pool heating is included in the price between 1st November – 30th April. For other months, it is available at an extra cost of 1000 TL per day.

• The last 100 meters of the road to the villa is unpaved.

• Right next to Villa Sude Naz, there is Villa Yiğit, owned by the same landlord. It is a great option for large families who wish to rent side-by-side villas.

An extra damage deposit of 70 £ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 18 £ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.
