Villa Uğurlu is our exclusive rental villa located in the Kışla region of Kalkan, boasting a magnificent sea view with 4 bedrooms and a capacity for 8 people. Our villa, within walking distance to the beach, is an ideal choice for large families. With a jacuzzi and an indoor pool, you can unwind and relieve the fatigue of the entire year. The meticulous luxury decor and modern design of the villa will ensure enjoyable days, and you, our valued guests, will wish your vacation never ends. Thanks to the villa's modern kitchen, complete with appliances and comfortable furnishings, you can feel at home and have a relaxing holiday.

Our villa provides a free holiday area with a breathtaking sea view, where you can spend delightful moments and create lasting memories with your family. Please note that the indoor pool heating is subject to an additional charge. Guests desiring pool heating must notify us two days before entering the villa.

An extra damage deposit of 138 € is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 35 € per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.

Please note that villas located within nature may have a higher possibility of encountering insects compared to villas located in central areas. There is always a 10% margin of discretion in these villas. Due to high demand, there may be instances of electricity and water cuts, voltage drops, or infrastructure works in all regions where our villas are located. Due to the region's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
