Our villa with private pool, located in Fethiye Çalış region, is only 5 km from Fethiye center and has an accommodation capacity for 8 people. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and provides comfortable accommodation for groups of 8 guests. 3 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and 1 bedroom is located on the attic. There are 3 bathrooms in total in the villa, including 1 en-suite bathroom. Each room has a double bed and one room has two single beds. Our villa is designed to meet all the needs and wishes of our guests, so you can have a comfortable and peaceful holiday.

You can relax from the day's tiredness on the sun loungers and umbrellas in the pool area and enjoy a barbecue in the evenings.

An extra damage deposit of 145 $ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is no heated pool in this villa.

However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
