• Pets: Small breed pets up to 6 kg are accepted only if they remain outdoors.
• Laundry Service: The property does not include a washing machine or oven. Laundry service is available upon request for 100 TL per wash.
• Iron: An iron can be requested from the property owner during your stay.
• Meals: Breakfast and dinner for 2 guests are included in the accommodation price.For reservations exceeding 2 guests, an additional ₺1,000 per person, per day will be charged for meals.
• Cleaning: No additional cleaning fee is charged.
• Pool Heating: Outdoor pool heating is included free of charge between 15 September and 15 June. Outside these dates, pool heating is available for an additional daily fee. Guests must request pool heating at least 3 days before arrival.

Villas in Natural Surroundings Our villas in natural surroundings are cleaned and treated for insects and pests on a regular basis. Even so, because of their location, guests are more likely to come across insects, flies or lizards than in villas closer to town. Off-Season Construction New construction in the region usually takes place outside the summer season, so there may be some construction noise near the villa during the winter months. This is beyond the control of the owner and our company. Secluded Pools Villas listed with a “secluded pool” are positioned so the pool is not overlooked. However, because of neighbouring buildings or higher ground, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy. Power and Water Outages With the large increase in population during the summer season, the region may experience power or water cuts, low voltage or infrastructure works. These are caused by local utility providers and are usually short. Internet Due to the local infrastructure, internet speed may be limited and occasional outages from the service provider may occur. The connection is suitable for email, messaging, social media and news sites, but may not be sufficient for streaming, video calls or large downloads. Security Deposit The security deposit taken on arrival is refunded within 2 business days after check-out, once the villa has been inspected.
