Located in Kalkan Kördere location, this cute honeymoon villa has a capacity for 2 people with its one bedroom. Since there is a shared WC in the villa, a capacity of up to 3 people is acceptable for families with children with the sofas in the living room. Our villa is completely sheltered and not visible from anyone around. The curtains in front of the pool can be easily opened if you wish. After the curtains are opened, there is a sea view. It is an ideal villa option for honeymoon couples and small families.

The pool of our villa is 8 m long, 4 m wide and 1.50 m deep and is cleaned once a day.

The Indoor Pool of our Villa is 2.75 M long, 2.5 M wide and 1 M deep.

NOTE: There is a heating system in our indoor pool. Our customers who want to use pool heating will be charged an extra fee of 3500 TL per week. Additionally, you must inform us at least 2 days before arrival for pool heating. (Pool water temperature will be between 25-29 degrees)

An extra damage deposit of 6.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 500 ₺ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.

There is always a 10% margin of discretion in these villas. Due to high demand, there may be instances of electricity and water cuts, voltage drops, or infrastructure works in all regions where our villas are located. Due to the region's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
