Pool heating is included in the price between November 01 and April 20. If pool heating is requested on other dates, an extra 650,- TL (subject to change depending on the period) is charged per day. The pool heating fee is calculated for the duration of the stay. Guests who want pool heating should contact the contact person 3 days before their arrival at the villa.

• Important Information: Villas Dedem A, B, C, D and E are similar in concept and belong to the same villa owner. The photos on our site are photos of a single villa and are similar to other villas.

An extra damage deposit of 5.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 650 ₺ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.
