Villa Emirgan is located in the peaceful Kayaköy region of Fethiye, offering an ideal option for those seeking tranquility with its quiet and serene setting. Situated within a complex, our villa provides the opportunity for groups of friends or families to rent multiple villas simultaneously.

Our villa, nestled in Fethiye's historic Kayaköy area, is surrounded by old Greek houses. When you visit Kayaköy, we recommend exploring these historical homes. Among the sights worth seeing in Kayaköy are large and small churches as well as fourteen chapels. The path to the small church leads to Soğuk Su Cove, which can be reached by sea or a 40-minute walk.

Our villa features two bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi, and air conditioning. The second bedroom offers two single beds and air conditioning. In the shared space, there is an open kitchen, living room, WC - shower, air conditioning, and TV. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

Note: The nearest access to the sea is at Gemiler Beach.

In one of the bedrooms in our villa, there is a double bed with a width of 140 cm, which is provided together with a single bed in the same room.

An extra damage deposit of 58 $ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is no heated pool in this villa.

Due to the region's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
