Our villa, located in the Çalış rental villa category, is situated in Fethiye, Muğla, one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in Turkey. Positioned in the Çalış area of Fethiye, our rental villa is known as the home of the Caretta Caretta turtles and is described as the most picturesque spot to watch the sunset, offering a refreshing breeze during summer evenings. With its restaurants, bars, shopping facilities, and transportation options, it stands out as one of the most popular areas in Fethiye.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 living room, and an open-plan kitchen. With a capacity to accommodate 8 people, our villa features a private garden with a swimming pool.

Inside the villa, guests will find modern amenities including white goods, kitchen utensils, comfortable beds, a cozy seating area, LCD TV, and Wi-Fi. Our guests can enjoy swimming in the world-renowned Çalış beach just a short walk away, or they can opt for the villa pool whenever they desire.

An extra damage deposit of 5.483 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 1.097 ₺ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.

Due to the region's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
