Ideal for conservative families, the pool area of ​​our villa is surrounded by an awning. Additionally, the curtains in our villa can be controlled with a remote control system. Our villa, which has a laundry room, has a modern kitchen, complete appliances and stylish items for you to have a comfortable holiday. Our villa, equipped with facilities such as shuttered car parking, generator and regulator, is waiting for you, our valued guests. Note 1: There is a person on duty in our villa between 09:00 in the morning and 18:00 in the evening and he will be pleased to assist you in line with your needs. (market, greengrocer, butcher, etc.)

Note 2: For our guests arriving without a car, a round-trip taxi service to Kalkan center is offered free of charge every day.

Note 3: A welcome package is offered to every customer, so you can make your stay more enjoyable and have a comfortable start.

An extra damage deposit of 350 € is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is no heated pool in this villa.

Due to the region's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
