Villa Kavun Sidelya is a 3-bedroom, 6-person capacity holiday villa located in the Çavdır area of Kalkan, Kaş, Antalya. This villa features a private, secluded pool area, making it an ideal choice for core families, extended families, and groups of friends. In addition to its comfort, the villa offers various entertainment options to make your stay more enjoyable, including a foosball table, table tennis, trampoline, dartboard, punching bag, and a mini basketball hoop. Inside the villa, you’ll also find a relaxing jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms.

The villa’s pool terrace is located on the upper floor, where you can relax and enjoy stunning views. The bedroom on the upper floor features a double bed and a jacuzzi, while the lower floor has two additional bedrooms, one of which does not receive direct sunlight. Access to the villa is via a steep, 50-meter-long concrete road, so we recommend careful driving when approaching the property.

Important Notes:

1. The last 50 meters of the road to the villa are concrete and steep.
2. Only family bookings are allowed. Male-only group bookings are strictly prohibited.
3. The pool terrace is on the upper floor, and the bedroom with the jacuzzi is also on the upper floor. The two bedrooms on the lower floor include one room that does not receive direct sunlight.

An extra damage deposit of 2.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
