Villa Polat 2 is a luxurious holiday villa located in Kayaköy, one of the most famous villages of Fethiye, known for its historical charm and natural beauty. The rear window of Villa Polat 2 is frosted glass and only opens upwards. Additionally, a fixed wooden ventilation jalousie ensures complete privacy.

Ideal for guests who value seclusion, Villa Polat 2 offers a private and tranquil retreat with no nearby settlements. The villa is located next to Villa Polat, ensuring a peaceful and natural environment for relaxation.

Important Information:

• Pool Heating: Unavailable from May 1 to October 11. Optional heating is available for 24,500 TL in other months.
• Short Stays: A cleaning fee of 5,000 TL applies for stays under 7 nights.
• Free Pool Heating: Included in the price between March 1 - April 30 and October 1 - November 30.
• Special Decoration for Honeymoon Couples: Upon prior request (2 days in advance), the suite room can be decorated for honeymooners.

An extra damage deposit of 5.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 3.500 ₺ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.
