Villa is located in Kayaköy, which is considered the most popular historical and touristic place in Fethiye and hosts old historical Greek houses. Our villa has a large garden among greenery. With its sheltered pool and garden area, it is among the ideal rental villa options for those who want to spend their holidays away from outside eyes and for fanatic families.

You can relieve the tiredness of the year and enjoy your holiday in the best way possible in our Villa. Our villa has a capacity of 4 people and has 2 bedrooms. The villa has 2 bathrooms. It has an open kitchen and a pool in its own garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, toaster and almost all the utensils needed in the kitchen. Barbecue, table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas allow you to enjoy the garden without limits. While the living room has a seating area, television and furniture, there is separate air conditioning for all rooms.

The pool of our villa is 7.00 m long, 4.00 m wide and 1.50 m deep. It is cleaned once a day.

An extra damage deposit of 3.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is no heated pool in this villa.

Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
