Villa Patara Botanic is situated in the globally renowned Patara region. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 people. Located just 1 km away from the world-famous Patara Beach, the villa features 2 rooms with Jacuzzis, an indoor heated or cooled pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna, and a fireplace in a spacious garden. It is a honeymoon villa suitable for 2 or 3 families, blending modern and authentic decor. The villa has 2 suite bedrooms with Jacuzzis, offering a tastefully furnished sea view from one of the bedrooms. Patara town center is within a 200-meter walking distance, making it an ideal choice for conservative families and couples seeking a romantic holiday.

Garden Pool: The pool dimensions are 5m in length, 5m in width, and 1.50m in depth. It includes sun loungers, a pool terrace, and grass terraces.

Indoor Pool: The pool dimensions are 3m in length, 180cm in width, and 90cm in depth. It can be heated in winter and cooled in summer.

Spa: In the indoor pool area, there is a sauna made of cedar, a Turkish bath, and a WC and shower for general use.

NOTE: Guests planning to use the heated pool should inform us at least 3 days before their stay to ensure the pool reaches the ideal temperature. The pool temperature is maintained between 26-28 degrees Celsius.

The adjacent pool and common areas are not visible from the villa.

In our garden, there are amenities for children such as a seesaw, swing, dartboard, table tennis, and a love swing. Additionally, there is parking available in the indoor garden.

An extra damage deposit of 3.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 450 ₺ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.
