Our villa, located in the magnificent Kaş district of Antalya, is located in the quiet and peaceful İslamlar area of ​​Kalkan, and has been carefully arranged for your comfort and satisfaction. Our villa is located only a seven-minute drive from Kalkan beach, so you can easily reach it when you want to enjoy the sea. Additionally, the jacuzzi and magnificent nature view in our villa are just a few of the details that will make your holiday even more special.

Villa Şilan has been specially designed so that conservative families can have a peaceful holiday. It offers a comfortable accommodation experience with its sheltered structure. Our Villa, which has been carefully arranged for you to accumulate beautiful memories with your family, is waiting for you, our valued guests.

NOTE:  Our villa is open to families only. Unfortunately, only 4 male or 4 female guests are not accepted.

An extra damage deposit of 137 € is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is no heated pool in this villa.

Please note that villas located within nature may have a higher possibility of encountering insects compared to villas located in central areas. Outside of the summer months, new villa constructions may take place in the vicinity, leading to potential noise disturbances. This note is not specific to this villa but applies to all properties that are active during the winter season. We do not guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with enclosed pools. There is always a 10% margin of discretion in these villas. Due to high demand, there may be instances of electricity and water cuts, voltage drops, or infrastructure works in all regions where our villas are located. Due to the region's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
