Our villa is located in the İslamlar region of Kalkan. It is a private villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 people. The meticulous luxury decor, thoughtful touches and design of our villa will make your villa holiday enjoyable and will make you, our valued guests, want your holiday to never end. The pool and garden part of our villa is sheltered, allowing you to enjoy the pool comfortably, and you will have the opportunity to rest your soul and body thanks to the sauna, Turkish bath, indoor pool and jacuzzi in our villa. We are waiting for you, our valued guests, to our carefully designed villa so that you can have a nice holiday with your family or group of friends. Note; In winter, heating is included in the price. Note; The indoor heated pool is open from 1 October to 30 April. Heating fee is included in the price. On other days, an extra daily heating fee of 400 TL is charged.

NOTE: Groups of male friends are not accepted to the villa.

An extra damage deposit of 2.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 600 ₺ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.

General Note: All of our villas located within nature are regularly cleaned and treated for insects and pests. Please note that villas located within nature may have a higher possibility of encountering insects compared to villas located in central areas. This note applies to all properties located within nature, not just this specific villa. Outside of the summer months, new villa constructions may take place in the vicinity, leading to potential noise disturbances. This note is not specific to this villa but applies to all properties that are active during the winter season. We do not guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with enclosed pools. There is always a 10% margin of discretion in these villas. Due to high demand, there may be instances of electricity and water cuts, voltage drops, or infrastructure works in all regions where our villas are located. Due to the region's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
