Our villa located in the Çalıca district of Fethiye district of Muğla promises you a peaceful holiday. Our villa is an ideal location for those who want to get away from the crowds and seek peace and quiet. It offers a peaceful holiday opportunity surrounded by nature, with access to fresh fruits and vegetables from the branch.

Our villa has 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 4 people. Each of the two rooms in the villa has a bathroom and one bedroom has a jacuzzi. It has an open kitchen and its own garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, and almost all the utensils needed in the kitchen. The villa has a private pool in the garden. Barbecue, table, chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas allow you to enjoy the garden to the fullest. While there is a seating group, television and furniture in the living room, there is a separate air conditioning option for all rooms.

It is among the ideal rental villa options for those who want to spend a secluded holiday with their protected pool and garden area and conservative families.

• Since our villa is located in nature, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surrounding area, this is quite natural.

An extra damage deposit of 58 $ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is no heated pool in this villa.

However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
