Our villa is situated in the tranquil and serene area of Kördere, one of the peaceful regions of Kalkan. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 people, this private villa is designed to offer a luxurious and thoughtful experience. The pool and garden area of our villa are secluded, allowing you to comfortably enjoy the pool, and the jacuzzi provides an opportunity to relax your mind and body.
We have carefully designed our villa for you to have a beautiful holiday with your family or friends.
Note: The heating system in the closed pool of our villa is available for an additional daily fee of 500 TL. If you wish to use the heating system, please inform us during the reservation process or at least 3 days before entering the villa.
The dimensions of our villa's pool are 10.00 meters in length, 3.50 meters in width, and 1.60 meters in depth. It is cleaned once a day.

An extra damage deposit of 3.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.There is a heated pool. It is charged at 500 ₺ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.
