It is a modern villa located in the Kördere region of Kalkan. It has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. Our villa has a magnificent sea view and is located in an area intertwined with nature. You will be able to feel at home thanks to our villa's modern kitchen, complete appliances and comfortable items. In addition, thanks to the careful luxury decoration and modern design of our villa, you will have pleasant days and you, our valued customers, will never want your holiday to end. You will have the opportunity to rest your soul and body while having a pleasant holiday, thanks to the jacuzzi, sauna and indoor heated pool in our villa. In addition, you will be able to have fun times during your holiday thanks to the table football and table tennis in our villa

NOTE: The last 400 m on the way to our villa is a steep slope, and there are 20-25 steps at the entrance.

NOTE: Outdoor pool heating will be activated as of October 20. It is free as of the specified date.

NOTE: Between 1 October - 1 May, pool heating fee is included in the price.

The pool of our villa is 8 m long, 3.50 m wide and 1.60 m deep and is cleaned once a day.

An extra damage deposit of 2.500 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is no heated pool in this villa.

Due to the region's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
