Villa Karagedik, completed in 2024, is located in the Karagedik neighborhood of Fethiye. Nestled in nature and close to Çalış Beach and Fethiye town center, this villa offers visitors the perfect blend of natural beauty and urban convenience.

Our villa features 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and balcony. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room, a WC, and a large terrace.

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a dressing room, and the other with a single bed and a wardrobe. The attic floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms: the first with a double bed and a terrace, and the second with two single beds and a wardrobe.

Equipped with a smart home system, our villa is designed to meet all the needs of our guests, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Fethiye offers a plethora of natural and historical beauties for you to explore. Enjoy hiking the historic Lycian Way, swimming in the turquoise waters of Ölüdeniz, or immersing yourself in the serene environment of Butterfly Valley. Visit the historic Paspatur Market for shopping and discover the ancient ruins of Telmessos. An extra damage deposit of 10.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is no heated pool in this villa.
