Villa Kayaköy 2, which has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with four bedrooms, was carefully built using entirely stone and cedar wood. The living room attracts attention with its magnificent American kitchen, equipped with modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and air conditioning. Our villa has been carefully designed to offer a comfortable stay.

Villa Kayaköy 2 is covered with frosted glass and can only be opened upwards. In addition, Villa Kayaköy 2 has been made completely sheltered with the fixed, non-opening wooden ventilation blinds installed here. In this way, our guests can have a completely special accommodation experience. There is no settlement around Villa Kayaköy 2, and Villa Kayaköy 1 is behind it.

NOTE: Our pool heating system is being heated free of charge as of September 15th. In other months, it is opened upon request for an extra fee of 10,500 TL.

NOTE: If notified 2 days in advance, the suite room will be decorated specially for honeymoon couples.

The outdoor pool is closed in January and February

An extra damage deposit of 134 € is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 40 € per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.

There is always a 10% margin of discretion in these villas. Due to high demand, there may be instances of electricity and water cuts, voltage drops, or infrastructure works in all regions where our villas are located. Due to the region's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
