Villa Naz

Villa Nazan is a spacious private holiday villa located in the popular Hisaronu–Ovacik area of Fethiye. Accommodating up to 12 guests, it features a large private swimming pool, spacious gardens, and modern living areas, making it an excellent choice for large families and groups of friends.

Villa Nazan and Villa Naz are two identical neighbouring villas with the same architecture, layout, and facilities. Subject to availability, both villas can be rented together, making them the perfect option for large groups travelling together.

The villa features an impressive 12 x 6 metre fully sheltered private swimming pool with a depth ranging from 100 cm to 160 cm, providing both privacy and comfort.

Located in the elevated Hisaronu–Ovacik area, the villa enjoys cooler summer temperatures than central Fethiye while remaining close to Oludeniz Beach, Butterfly Valley, Babadag Cable Car, Kayakoy, restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment venues.

• Villa Nazan and Villa Naz are identical neighbouring villas and may be rented together, subject to availability.
• The nearest beach is Oludeniz Beach.
• The villa is located in a natural environment. Although regular pest control is carried out, insects and small wildlife may occasionally be encountered.
• Temporary regional water or electricity interruptions may occur due to infrastructure works in the Ovacik–Hisaronu area.

An extra damage deposit of 9.597 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is no heated pool in this villa.
