It is our private villa with 3 bedrooms and a capacity for 6 people, located in the Üzümlü region of Kalkan. Although our villa has a magnificent natural view, you will be able to feel at home and have a comfortable holiday thanks to its meticulous luxury decoration, modern kitchen, complete appliances and comfortable items. In addition, thanks to the jacuzzi, private swimming pool, indoor heated pool and sports room in our villa, you will be able to have fun and have the opportunity to relax your soul and body. The sheltered design of our villa's private swimming pool is especially beneficial for the satisfaction of our conservative families. The pool of our villa is 9 m long, 4 m wide and 1.55 m deep and is cleaned once a day.

Our Indoor Pool is 4.50 m long, 3.30 m wide and 1.50 m deep.

NOTE: Indoor pool heating fee is an extra 800 TL in winter months.

An extra damage deposit of 3.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
There is a heated pool. It is charged at 800 ₺ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.

Internet usage is sufficient for tasks such as checking emails, accessing social media accounts, and browsing news websites. However, it may not be adequate for activities like streaming movies or downloading large files.
